I worked with Martin for almost a year, he leaves Smith, Gold, & Colby in the dirt. But what else would you expect from a chef that comes from a restaurant family 200 years deep.
He is truly one of KC's greats.


Choosing the right wine for a certain meal isn't always easy. You must be familiar with white wines, red wines, and the specific taste they have.
