I enjoyed the "Making of a Foodie" alot. As a professional Chef I still love teaching classes both in private homes as well as at Williams Sonoma, The Culinary Center, A Thyme for Everything etc. The world of food is an amazing place to visit and its even more fun when its a world you live in. I love teaching techniques, different cuisines and just providing a unforgetable evening with family and friends. Years ago many people just looked at food as just smoething a body needed today everyone has their favorite oils, vinegars, herbs etc etc. Its a great time to be excited about food and thank you for writing about it.
