The best foodie experience by far this summer was my life changing trip to Seattle with my Mom to visit my Aunt Becky.
Becky and I bonded over jam, restaurants and CSA's and I soaked in the foodie culture in Seattle through my restaurant trips and my time at Bite of Seattle. Food & Wine magazine called the "Northwest" the only true regional cuisine in the US.
