His signature item is a wrap filled with a variety of quality ingredients he nicknamed “twists.” After managing other restaurants, he knew it was time to introduce his “Twisted” concept. Located where Shawnee Mission Parkway meets K-7 Highway, Twisted doesn’t just do wraps, they do salads and tacos as well. Try the Buffalo Chicken Twist with grilled chicken, hot wing sauce and chopped celery with blue cheese dressing for $6.50. Cajun Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos, 3 for $6.75, are absolutely not to be missed.
